Scope
Crafted the product narrative for the Google Ads Transparency Center
Owned the process end-to-end: Wrote the content, tested in UXR, ensured regulatory compliance and secured stakeholder approvals, packaged for localization and accessibility, and oversaw TVC resources as necessary
Process
In alignment with the mission of the product, consistently advocated for transparency as a principle and influenced decisions with PM, Eng, and legal. For example: when decisions were being made about what information to disclose or the granularity of data being shared
Iteratively tested content in UXR and confirmed user preferences for high transparency and need for context-setting
Impact
Delivered a product that meets user needs for education and expectations of transparency while being compliant with various regulations, including the EU Digital Services Act
